It’s the Christmas holidays and I’m taking a little time off from work. So, what does a guy who is employed by Cisco, has two fantastic kids and is expecting another one in March do during his time off? A week off for me is a time to reflect on the past, to evaluate my strategy, look at decisions I’ve made, spend tons of time with my family, and to rethink the tactical things that consume all my time.
